Gingersnaps
3/4 c. butter, softened
2 c. sugar
Cream well.
2 eggs
1/2 c. molasses
2 tsp. white vinegar
Add to creamed mixture and mix well. Add:
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
3 3/4 c. flour
Roll into balls… coat with granulated sugar. Place on greased baking pan and bake for about 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
